About HomeTeam Cares
HomeTeam Cares is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public benefit corporation dedicated to transforming the reentry experience for formerly incarcerated individuals. Founded by people who have lived through the challenges of reentry, we provide a housing-first approach combined with structured support systems that focus on lasting success.
Our mission is to restore lives, rebuild families, and reduce recidivism by offering safe housing, workforce development, mentorship, and real opportunities for change. We believe that every person deserves a second chance and the tools to make it count.
